Review of the complete maintenance process from a holistic perspective and perform an analysis in order to find the key internal demands and requirements. A status analysis of the management of maintenance information within the organization is performed. Analysis of maintenance contracts (both internal and external) resulting in recommendations, both general and in detail, of improvements.

Allocation of maintenance resources and components

Allocation analysis of the maintenance resources and components. This includes a spare parts optimization with regard to availability versus cost. For the analysis we use our own software tools, e.g. OPUS10.

Reliability and Life Cycle Cost

Development of a specification of requirements assessing reliability and maintenance for a specific project. Evaluation of  different bids from contractors regarding the aspect of reliability and maintenance Life Cycle Cost.
