Events grouped per equipment

MaDCAT is easily connected to existing customer databases via a set-up and data translation routine. When the database connection has been established the first analysis will be presented. The histogram shows events grouped over the  equipment structure. This structure is Customer specified and can be adopted to illustrate the equipment in any group or area depending on the customers demands. By expanding the equipment tree the analysis can be extended to parts and items in a group or area.

Trend analysis

In the category tree the data from the customer's database is displayed. The category tree presents the different tables of data which will be the basis for the analysis. Tables from different databases can be presented simultaneously. Support for custom categorisation is incorporated in the category tree. In the process of improvement it is important to know where you are, where you come from and where you are heading. Consequently there is a number of ways for presenting trends in MaDCAT.

Follow-op on targets

To improve your process targets should be used for follow-up. Customer defined target values can easily be managed and displayed in different analysis views in MaDCAT.

Batch wise calculations

Batch wise calculations make analysis of large amount of data easy and effective. Customer specified calculation modules can be incorporated in the batch analysis view.

Events over time

The possibility to display tasks or events over time can present a clear view of connections between the events. In some cases this can be used for separation of events.

Consequesce analysis

Trends can also be followed-up in the area of consequence. As a consequence costs or downtime can be used.

Test plan verification

Reliability test plans are incorporated in MaDCAT and is used by customers for contract verification.
